"I was hoping this device would be..."
I was hoping this device would be reliable, and at first it seemed like it was doing okay. But after using it for a bit, it started messing up on me at random times. Sometimes it works like it should, and then out of nowhere it acts up again, which gets frustrating.

I ordered from bmaxit a little while ago, maybe late last month or the month before, I can’t remember exactly. Overall, I thought it was fair for what I paid. It wasn’t perfect or anything, but the item I got was decent and definitely cheaper than a lot of other places I looked at. Delivery was fine too, not super fast but not a problem. Setup was straightforward overall. I did get stuck for a few minutes on one part, but once I slowed down and double-checked it, everything worked fine. If you’re setting it up, my advice is not to rush that step and maybe keep the instructions handy. It’s not totally perfect, but it wasn’t a major hassle either.

"Solid buy right away"
My snap judgment after plugging it in was that this screen is way better than I expected for the price. I mainly needed an extra display, but the picture looks clear, the colors are nice, and I haven’t noticed any weird blur. The brightness is also surprisingly good. Happy with it overall

I was really hoping this would be better, but the battery barely makes it through half a day. after paying for it, I started to feel a bit misled because it just doesn’t perform the way I expected. Disappointed overall.

"Surprisingly easy payment process"
I used BMAX and expected the payment part to be a bit annoying, like needing extra steps or dealing with some random issue. But it was actually really smooth. "Seriously lacking on ports"
I’m frustrated with this thing. There just aren’t enough ports for normal everyday use, and I ended up needing extra adapters just to plug in my monitor and basic USB devices. That got old really fast. On top of that, the Wi-Fi felt unreliable at times, which made the whole experience even more irritating. For what this costs, I really expected better connectivity. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Product details didn’t match what I received"
I ordered from BMAX because the product description seemed straightforward, but what showed up was not what I thought I was paying for. The size, little details, and overall quality were all different from what the page made it seem like.
it felt like I lost money on something I wouldn’t have bought if the info had been accurate. I don’t like taking that kind of chance again, so I won’t be ordering from them anymore.

I had to return one item from bmaxit.com, and the process was just okay. The instructions were clear, but I was expecting it to move faster based on how easy it seemed at first, so I felt a bit misled when I had to wait around for support to reply.

The refund did come through eventually, which I appreciate, but it took longer than I thought it would. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not as smooth or quick as I was hoping.

I bought this from bmaxit.com and have been using it every day. I expected it to get louder after a few hours, but the fan stays really quiet. It does get a little warm, which I figured would happen, but it never gets hot like my old one did. So far, it’s been better than I was expecting, no buzzing, no overheating, and nothing annoying to deal with.

Not gonna lie, support was helpful overall. They got back to me fairly quickly and helped me sort out the issue with my setup. I did have to explain the problem twice, which was a little annoying, but they stayed patient and we got it working in the end.

I’ve been using bmaxit.com for a little while now, and it’s been decent overall. Most of the time the software does what I need it to do, but I’ve had a few random freezes and slow moments that kind of take the shine off.

The annoying part is that it always seems to happen at the worst possible time, like right when I’m in the middle of something important. It’s not a dealbreaker, but the stability definitely needs some work. If they sort that out, I’d probably feel a lot better about it.

I’m actually happy with this. For the price, the build feels way better than I expected?? It has a nice solid feel in the hand and doesn’t come across as cheap. The buttons and edges are clean too, and I haven’t noticed any loose parts or anything like that. My only small complaint is that it seems to pick up marks easily, but overall, I’d still say it’s a good buy

"Packaging felt careless"
I ordered from bmaxit.com and the item itself was fine, but the packaging was disappointing. The box showed up bent, and there was barely any protection inside. Nothing ended up broken, luckily, but it didn’t feel like much care went into it. I know companies like to say all the right stuff about quality and customer experience, but the actual packaging didn’t really match that. Expected better, honestly
